Very nice phone with big buttons. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and you will need 4 more, regular ones can be used but batteries are recommended so I can only give 8.5 out of 10.

This phone has only been in use for a little over 3 months and is no longer in the cradle hence the phone is losing its charge. Also, after spending a lot of time setting up the memory recall feature, all but one of the numbers have disappeared. Completely disappointing product.

Shipped promptly but the sound quality is poor and cheap after installation. It also has noises that make it unusable. It was a gift for my mum and she threw the box away so she couldn't return it. There are much higher quality products on the market. Of course they are at a higher price but now I understand why.

Never buy this phone! It's been 3 months and no reply! I called Quantum Networks, the supplier of this order, to see what could be done and Richard at Quantum Networks didn't care that that phone didn't answer! Gave me Munf's phone number! He is only 3 months old! I feel betrayed and disappointed by Revain and his seller! Mary B :(
