First I liked the chair it was comfortable and big (I'm over 6ft 3 so it's the perfect size ). However, after four months, the left armrest broke, as shown in the photo. The product is indeed a counterfeit as mentioned by previous reviewers - there is no SERTA logo on the box or on the chair itself. This is a Chinese made unbranded product . I'm 6'1" and it was hard to find a chair that my back would agree with. This chair was well made. I gave 4 stars because the screws were labeled incorrectly in the assembly instructions. I could tell all the screws were there and the assembly wasn't too bad until I got my hands on it. To line up the holes you need to make sure the metal rings go into the arm's hooks and then screw them in, but not all the way until you've connected the back brace to the arms. I usually don't write reviews if I really don't like a product. The chair is definitely comfortable with thick padding. I received mine last night and assembled it. I sat in it and yes it is comfortable. I really like that it has a high backrest and rests your head comfortably on it.
