The mobile has become detached from my baby's bassinet, causing an important bassinet function (automatic movement) to fail. Rather than going back to Revain I decided to contact the company for a replacement part as it was under warranty. BIG MISTAKE. I've been emailing them for THREE weeks and still haven't found a solution. My child has almost outgrown the product at this point. Absolutely ridiculous.

The bassinet itself was fine and I was looking for one that would rock (or rock) and not just vibrate to replace the rock and play we have at used our first one (as they are not sure anymore). The functions have a VERY short timer, less than 15 minutes, and you can't change it at all. It would be MUCH better if you had multiple settings for the timer so you could choose how long they would run as a 10-15 minute window doesn't matter much.

My 2 week old son loves this bassinet. It's very soft inside but the mattress is firm which she loves! She sleeps great. I love the color of this bassinet, very nice design! It has extra storage underneath which has come in handy for late nappy changes in the middle of the night! The locking wheels on the bottom work great, are secure and make it easy to move it to different rooms if I need to move it!
