Great tool for automation and service desk

ServiceAide has greatly improved our ability to keep track of requests in queue by providing a single place for them all as well as allowing us to prioritize those that are upcoming or overdue. It also gives detailed reporting at every level which makes it easy to identify problem areas when things go wrong. Not much so far. I do like how simple it is to use but there aren't many other features outside of request tracking - perhaps some form of ticket writing would be nice? We have been able to

Excellent Project Management Software For Internal And External Use

The platform has been designed to be very user friendly for both our internal staff as well as those we engage from outside suppliers or partners - it's really easy! It also provides great reporting tools which are essential in today’s fast-paced business world where you need information at your fingertips quickly if issues arise (and they will!). I would like there was more integration between platforms so that when an issue arises via one system/apparatus its automatically updated within all…
