The brackets are ok but the cheap screws have sheared off causing mounting issues.

The frames were ok. The problem is the cheap screw they give with the mounts. 3 of them sheared off when I screwed them into the studs. This is unacceptable considering the work that will be added to the installation to remove the screws. I bought two sets so I sent them back. I also think that the tire hook needs to be a bit larger so that the tire can be easily hooked. I went with the Delta Leonardo Da Vinci bike mounts and they were much better.

Met Expectations - Cycling

I was hesitant to purchase this product as there were no previous reviews for it. The product was similar to another that people have reported hardware issues with. However, since he suggested a wall plate for the second bike, I went for it. The product feels solid and installation was very quick. I chose the Stud installation. I had no problems with the screws that came with it. There is enough space between the base plate and the hook to easily mount a mountain bike wheel. I'll be riding aโ€ฆ

Good hangers, terrible fittings.

The hangers seemed fine but the screws and dowels that came with them were complete crap. The screws are too small for the dowels, so instead of the screw spreading and tightening the dowel, the screw simply turns in the dowel. Finding this, I moved my distance to find the studs. I pre-drilled the holes and started driving the screws in, only to find that the screw heads came loose and the head of one screw actually popped out, leaving a hole in my wall. So now my wall looks like Swiss cheeseโ€ฆ
