ONE Assembly TIP: Install the top shelf first while the shelf frame is still flexible, otherwise the low rungs at the top will make it difficult to tip the top shelf. The other shelves slide in easily once the top shelf is in place. I bought a total of six sets. Overall I'm happy with it BUT my biggest disappointment is that the shelf clearance is too small for many of my heels. (See attached video.)
