Mine arrived in 2 boxes strapped to a pallet. No damage during shipping. I was able to move it, with a hand truck, and assemble it myself. This is a decent, well-built storage bench. Good wood top, solid. but the drawers could have been better. The problem I've had is that the finger cut-outs really 'cut' - they have a tendency to snag my knuckles (think knuckle-abrasions .*shutter*) when opening the drawers (which after some use, do tend to stick a bit). For the long run, I think I would have been happier with one that had drawer pulls where you pinch & pull - they could never have this unpleasant issue (found on many…

Bought for a gift. My husband really liked it overall. The downside being that you have to bend all the drawers individually and there were plenty of tiny screws for his big hands to fumble with. I ended up being an assistant for this project, but once assembled it was indeed a great purchase! Arrived in a timely manner too.

Use it as an outdoor cabinet on an RV lot to hold pots, pans dishes, etc. etc. Very useful and looks very nice. Many people here in the RV resort are using them and I would recommend them highly.

Incredible quality, especially for the price. It is so nice and I’m in love with the engineers who designed this. It took me about 3 hours to fully assemble. It it pretty imperative that you have an electrical screwdriver, hand turning some 300 screws would be a nightmare. Everything fit together perfectly and the instructions were well written. Beautiful finish on the hardwood top as well.

Within a few days of ordering, AGX (Air Ground Express) was calling from their Pittsburgh, PA office to set a delivery time. I bought this and it took several weeks to arrive. I was happy with the assembly process which went smoothly and was clear. All the components were very high quality and went together easily and intuitively. A magnetic screw driver was provide which was very helpful. All the materials are very nice and I'm very satisfied. The only issues I had was one damaged component, which in the end did not really matter once I got it assembled. Minus an issue with the bottom drawer not closing completely -

So far I’m happy with this, only issues I have is that the back panel was dented from shipping and it took a long time to put together. Lots of parts and screws. Ask a friend to help it will save your sanity.
