Good product, suitable for fasteners

These inserts are well made and well carved. They have a solid wooden or MDF handle. The only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is that the ad didn't come with an Allen key. I just used one screw to screw it in and it worked, but if you use this method grease the insert and screw to keep them from sticking together. I had to unscrew a pair and pull them off with pliers. I have a small WD-40 that will do the trick.

Handles well and gets the job done

As a carpenter, there are projects where glue, screws or nails just don't work. I have these Bought little gems for a drill table that I needed to attach to a factory table but still be able to take it off over time I was able to just slide them in and reattach them with the Allen key provided I bought more in different sizes for future use projects.

Inserts cannot be cut straight.

Bought this set mainly for the smallest size to use first. Installed 2 and was surprised to see the bolt screwed into the insert was warped. He took off the liners and screwed them onto the stud, surprise surprise, the liners are taped shut. Sorted until I have enough straight bets to finish the job. Haven't tried other sizes, but the smallest inserts suck. I decided it was time to invest in wood carving faucets.
