Size up if you normally wear a med take a large

It holds you in I should have went a size up. Took a large and have to fight to get in. As I normally wear a large Thanks for attention.

Didn't do anything

It was hard to get on past my thighs and it really didn't do anything for my stomach once I got it on completely. There was no difference between having it on and not. The band was also super tight around my rib cage and just made the area look like a muffin top 🤷🏼‍♀️
