The first one I received was used - it was dirty - and I went back and got another one. It does basic tasks fairly well and is much lighter and easier to handle than the Pet Perfect II that I replaced. I had high hopes for this vacuum as I have another Shark cordless (stick) vacuum that I love! Unfortunately this one isn't that good. It takes a long time to charge the battery (the instructions say it takes 6 hours, but it seems faster). In terms of run time, I can clean my large patio once before the battery runs out (maybe 10-15 minutes?). It doesn't last as long as my other wireless shark. The suction power is only mediocre. Not powerful enough to clean deep crevices. Works well on pet hair

This cordless hand vacuum cleaner from Shark is a good all-rounder. He is touted as being particularly adept at cleaning animal hair.
