🦈 Shark ZU782 Lift Away Self-Cleaning Brushroll Review

Ordered this sweeper, liked the idea of DuoClean, but the quality of DuoClean is lame. Although the suction was adequate, the sweeper head squeaked loudly when it was pulled back. The quality of materials used to manufacture this sweeper was not as durable as the quality of cheaper sweepers and the sweeper's tool felt became detached during use to be sucked up by the sweeper. Also, more advanced tools are not included with the sweeper. Wouldn't recommend it.

Like: lots of power, attachments and ease of use. Hair gets stuck in cracks and around filters. It was advertised as not wrapping around the brushrolls, but it still happens. The metal cage that I assume is used to trap hair gets stuck in it with paper etc so it's actually more difficult to clean. I will attach pictures. It's also very heavy and only has one slot for two of the three attachments. Overall the vacuum cleaner is good and I will probably buy it again.

I was looking for a vacuum that would be perfect for my dog's coat. I have an Aussie Sheppard and most of the time solid thick carpet and they broke every vacuum I had. I had a Dyson multi-story floor (I had hardwood floor when I bought it) and it walked well on hard floor, but after we installed it it broke within a few months. So far this shark has been amazing. I have to say I was very disappointed with this product. I basically bought this vacuum cleaner because it claimed hair wouldn't wrap around the brush roll. I have three teenage girls with long hair. Improved suction power - won't rip your curtains or lift your carpets but if you see dirt along the edge of the baseboard you can see it's being sucked straight up . I've always sneezed while vacuuming with this thing, the air itself doesn't really feel or smell like dust. I received the vacuum cleaner today. It was easy to put together but I still haven't found where ALL the attachments go. I see room for two out of three, but then I stopped, held the little nozzle and looked around for where it would fit, and ended up just leaving it on the table. ***WARNING*** 3-30-21 I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS APPLIANCE. THE FILTER IS MORE CONICAL SO ONLY THE UPPER TOP OF THE FILTER REALLY DOES ANYTHING.
