Powerful, easy to use. GREAT IF YOU HAVE PETS

Really amazing vacuum cleaner. Hair won't get caught in the rollers, adjustable suction power you can control. My carpet looked like new again. Definitely worth the extra money to clean the carpeted rooms. Can also be used in furniture, flooring and long extensions that reach high places. Shark outperformed all of its competitors here. Great car!

stopped working within a month

We are a weightlifting family, remember when I tell you we almost couldn't fill that vacuum. It was so heavy that it was almost impossible to slide it over an ordinary pile rug. After 2 weeks of ownership it stopped working. A complete waste of money. (I've had many other, cheaper Shark vacuums. And I still swear by my other models. Only this one was missing!)

Not what I thought I would be as a Shark

This is my third Shark. The first lasted almost 3 years then stopped working but the warranty took care of that so I have a Shark APEX stand with DuoClean for cleaning carpets and hard floors, a Zero M anti hair wrap and getting a powered lift-away with a handheld vacuum (AZ1002), espresso, which is a great vacuum. I just received the pet Shark Navigator Pro Zero M and was disappointed when I took it out of the box. Due to its low weight, the button for controlling the transition from carpet to

The dream comes true best in handheld vacuums

I need a vacuum specifically for my long, fine hair that seems to drape every floor. I have only used this vacuum cleaner once but I like almost everything about this vacuum cleaner. It was easy to follow the assembly instructions, although I have an attachment I'm not sure where it goes. bright! It has a long enough hose for the extension attachment that I often found myself straying too far from the base of the vacuum for it to tip over - a user issue rather than a product issue. almost too…

Vacuums pet hair better and quieter for a vacuum cleaner

I just received it 30 minutes ago and assembled it in about 1 minute without instructions. I tested it in a 12x14 carpeted room and it seemed to work really well. I just vacuumed yesterday with a Shark nv752 and filled the bin with hair. I have 2 german shepherds + 3 cats so some hair might be new but not much in one day. I love my old shark but I have to empty the sump 8-10 times when I vacuum the whole house. 80% carpet and 20% hardwood with carpets. It didn't collect as much fine powder as…

Shark gets 1 star for misleading advertising

Let me be clear that for the most part this is a really good vacuum cleaner. The self-cleaning roller is great, the suction power is adequate, and the dust box is spacious enough for use around the pet house. Since it isn't, I'll devote the rest of this review to explaining my 1 star. Review: One of the main reasons I bought this vacuum is the 12 foot hose with a detachable tip. See the photo that accompanies this review? It's also listed here on Revain. You'll find the lady nonchalantly…

Two years and now he's in a landfill

We had Kirby who I just hated! It was heavy, always smelled like burnt rubber and was constantly dumping garbage. I ditched it and bought this one. I just used it and after starting my iRobot a few minutes ago, it pulled an almost full tank of pet stuff out of the living room. Love the different floor options and the suction controls (that brushroll has power!). I'm really looking forward to it if the video doesn't finish! I've always been a fan of sharks, but Kirby's chick broke my heart and I

A shark in Florida I'm not afraid of.

This is my very first shark. I have had Kenmore, Bissell, Dirt Devil, Hoover, Dyson and Oreck vacuums in my life and have always looked for the perfect one. Canister vacuums have always worked best for me when using attachments like rags and crevice tools, but stands are more effective on floors and carpets. The equipment is almost as good as that of the canister. And with an extended reach of 12 feet, it's easy to reach the ceiling (an acceptable height) when using a tube attached to a fully…
