I like the fact that Shifthub is a service that is able to help me with my business. I love that I can communicate with anyone in the network I am in. I also like that the app is very easy to use. I like that you can have your team members schedule their own time off, as well having it automatically update to everyone else in our group is great! If there's anything i dislike about shfhub its how hard they make scheduling work for us during holidays or long weekends when we're out of office hours from 9-5pm MST/PST (depending where are located). We had difficulties getting support after normal business hrs closed up until 3am PST which was an hour too late but other than this everything…

The quick responses that I receive from customer service is amazing! They are always ready to help you out when ever there's need for it, even if its after hours or weekend days!! Sometimes their system doesn't work as well but they make sure of getting back with an alternative solution whenever needed.
