This item was delivered over a month ago and the quality is not the same as the Shiseido eyelash curler I used. I am allergic to nickel so I need a new 100% stainless steel eyelash curler but this one was causing itching and redness on my eyelids.

. My lashes look a lot 'livelier' and more noticeable than other eyelash curlers I've used. I received the product with a crushed box without a stem, but I assume it was a shipping error. Pros: Makes lashes much stronger and fuller, especially. For small Asian eyes (as opposed to "Western eyelash curlers"). Cons: Mishandled upon delivery. The product is excellent, the delivery is questionable. I would still buy it.

Terrible! I still have two Shiseido curlers and they're nowhere near real. Very disappointing. Don't even think about buying that. Instead, buy from official retailers such as Sephora or Ulta as this is a complete fake. He can't even grab the eyelashes.

Originally ordered from Shiseido's website. The curlers I received looked different and it really hurt my eyes! I think they changed the style to suit a westerner's face. Then I found the original from Japan. It works the way I'm used to.
