I ordered this primarily as bungee cord and it worked well to replace a worn bungee cord on a pair of whitewater kayaks I was looking to get back into shape. The included carabiners are pretty cheap and mostly for keys or anything that is NOT important - definitely lower quality than even the basic Walmart carabiners we bought and used for a variety of things. The cable seems to be of good quality, I'm glad I got it.

cable received on time and in good condition. I use twine to secure my patio canopy. I have a windy environment and need extra strong yet flexible brackets to hold the canopy in place. Wow, that's a very good and durable cable! I should have bought more of these, but when the refills run out I just order more. The outer shell is so snug against the inner rubber core that the rubber cable is 1/8" in diameter, so you can tell it's made with quality in mind. The tension on this cord is very good and once you stretch it it will return to its original length so I'm pretty sure this cord will hold whatever I have tied tightly to it. I love this cable! Its uses are endless. I bought a 50ft roll because I was building a bed for my hammock. Added some photos of the finished project. The rope is threaded through the blue fabric and hung on the hammock straps with a carabiner. I have a marine grade for outdoor use as a turnbuckle on guy lines for tarps, shelters, tents etc. I have installed a tether twice the length of the loop. Very glad I found this red Shock 1/8" cord. I was looking for a bright red cord for some dog related projects and it's perfect.
