I like that it is easy to use, intuitive design makes this platform very user-friendly even if you are new at social media management or digital content creation! It's not cheap but we've been using them since 2016 so they do have good customer service as well which helps with any issues/concerns in getting started quickly when needed - no waiting around days before someone gets back to me (which can be frustrating). We also love how customizable everything really allows us full control overβ¦
