I like the idea of the product, but I couldn't get the lid to snap into place. If I had 2 sides the other 2 wouldn't break. Return for another brand.

Difficult to open every time. Works well and is easy to clean in the dishwasher. I gave it away because I had a hard time opening it. Wouldn't even give it to a friend.

Perfect for what I want. There is a trick to locking the locks. Once I learned it, it was easy. You kind of pop out and then close

The lid is too difficult to open. It does an excellent job of keeping the berries fresh, but the card cover is too difficult to open. Yes, I have arthritis in my hands, but my husband has problems too. If there were no problems opening it, then it would be possible to give 5 stars.

I have joint damage in my hands due to arthritis and bought this item as it looked like it would be easier for me to open. It wasn't like that. I couldn't open the container. I was disappointed. When my family used it, the berries stayed fresher longer.

I like it, holds lots of berries, has a good window until we've eaten them all! The side clips are a bit more difficult to attach compared to similar storage bins. I finally realized that I had to do my best to close the brackets. Maybe my fingers aren't strong enough?

I bought this with little expectation but was looking for something that would keep my berries fresher longer without mold or rot. I cleaned/soaked my fruit right in the mesh basket and let it air dry after rinsing. Well my kids didn't mind in the fridge and my strawberries sat for 2 weeks before I realized they were spoiling. I'm so impressed!
