The best part of shoretel is that it allows you to have an unlimited number of devices connected which makes them easy to use. It also helps with conferencing so all your employees are able to communicate at once. Sometimes, there is a lag time between when someone presses the talk button and when they actually hear the other person but this can be fixed by having more bandwidth. I do not like that you cannot easily access the call logs or voicemails. It would be nice if you could see all theβ¦

I like that you can send calls to multiple phone numbers simultaneously, as well as having more than one extension available at once time. It is not easy enought to use, it's too confusing. The interface could be made simpler and easier to understand by new users. Try using this software if your looking into making or adding telephony services to an existing business solution.

Ease in setting up extensions for specific contacts so we don't have random people calling other internal staff members all day long due them accessing wrong information when answering phones remotely outside office hours! Great way tracking who called what client etc

There are many features that make it easy to manage your business from anywhere at anytime, but what I like best is how well integrated all my communication devices can be with each other! It's not always intuitive or user friendly when you're just getting started; however once everything has been set up correctly its very powerful indeed!!
