Shurtape WP 200 Production Grade Reinforced Paper Review

Shurtape WP-200 Production-Grade Reinforced Paper Tape is a water-activated reinforced tape used for medium-duty packaging applications. The starch-based water-activated adhesive provides an instant, aggressive bond to most corrugated surfaces and becomes part of the box. The fiberglass reinforcing filaments on WP 200 provide excellent tensile strength and optimum security. Gummed Paper Tape is used for two strip sealing cartons top & bottom. Water-activated reinforced tapes bond instantly to both non-recycled and recycled fiber (corrugated carton, paper, etc.) surfaces and therefore, generate an immediate destructive bond resulting in a tamper-evident package. Shurtape WP-200 Production-Grade Reinforced Paper tape is recommended for medium-duty carton sealing in normal manufacturing and shipping environments. Rolls do not come on a core unless specified in size name. The starch-based adhesive of the Shurtape WP-200 Production-Grade Reinforced Paper tape absorbs dust and bonds securely to the carton and sealing the seam also acts as a dust barrier. The tape is not affected by extreme hot or cold temperatures and non-cellulose materials can be removed during repulping and allow for easy recycling. Carrier/Backing: reinforced kraft paper, 75/150 fiberglass. Adhesive: starch fortified, odorless, non-toxic, water activated.
