This is a great addition for those traveling for work. I am using a 14" screen with a 14" laptop. There is no problem with the magnet. The cables are a bit clunky. I need to use both USB-C and HDMI as my laptop is outdated. I would like a better solution.

I paid $350 for a 14" May 2021. It's great for my work from home working in my chair. Any issues I had initially I overcame with technical workarounds like cutting a piece out a $1 styrofoam cube bought at a dollar store that keeps the weight of the extra screen from closing the laptop when I lean back.Sometimes the side screen gets knocked off but it's secured by a cable connecting it to connects to the laptop preventing it from falling to the floor Daily use and it seems very reliable to me.

I really wish this would work for me but I'm returning it because it doesn't stay where it should be on my laptop. It's too heavy and it slides down like that

In general, I like the device, but trying to connect it was very difficult. Sometimes it worked, most of the time it didn't work. I need to connect a USB cable and an HDMI cable to my Dell laptop. I bought a new HDMI cable and now it works stably. The solution for $16.22 at Best Buy. Now I'm satisfied, but I shouldn't have immediately bought a new cable.

So far, so good! The second screen works great. I love the fact that I can take this extra monitor with me with little effort.

The attached screen itself is good. But the Type-C cable that came with the box suddenly broke after just a few months and I had to buy a new cable from a different brand to replace it.

PROS: good picture quality pretty easy to set up and use, does what it's supposed to do CONS: heavy only for the screen super cheap cable fell off twice in a few uses The extra weight is only annoying if you use your laptop on your lap That's not the case either , which makes a laptop bag noticeably heavier. The cable looks and feels very cheap. It takes some effort to insert and remove from the port so I bought a backup as I assume it will break although it hasn't yet. The screen did drop off…

The monitor is excellent. Very useful for traveling. My only concern is that there are small defects on the screen. Hopefully they won't grow and become more noticeable/distorted over time. I wish the screen was a little more durable.

It's great, the picture quality is very good. The only thing I had trouble with, and it's more on my side than the monitor side, is that my laptop's lid is textured and the panels don't adhere very well. I try to avoid the urge to pull out duct tape or gorilla glue. Otherwise, this monitor fulfills all promised and expected expectations. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an extended monitor.

I have just purchased, received and installed two 14" SideTrak articulating monitors for my 15" Lenovo Legion gaming laptop and am very impressed. The magnets are so strong and durable that I can rotate the monitors with one hand and they don't come loose from their magnetic mounts. As you can see from my photos, my laptop is standing upright on a cooling pad. Picture quality, brightness and screen quality are excellent. As always, I bought an extended warranty like any other for $200+…

That's cool. I've already used it a ton in the weeks I've gotten it. My only problem is the lack of protection when I'm not using it. I think there should be a hard case or snap-on screen cover. That may be because I have four kids and I'm afraid they'll trip over my backpack or it'll break somehow. I just think that for that kind of cost something should be sent along. The box it comes in is too bulky to continue using (I'm a student and I travel with mine). The company offers a soft case that
