Excellent Service & Great Software - Would use and recommend in future hiring needs

Sigma HR has been great for our organization with their excellent client service! They are always there when I am needing assistance or questions answered about my account/processes etc. It's an all around smooth process from start to finish! Nothing, everything is amazing! We have not encountered any issues so far that would deter us from using them again.   • Great communication between staff members.
  • Very quick response times (even after 5pm)
  • Multiple options in regards how applicants may submit applications either thru web portal form directly into database manually OR both simultaneously; allowing employers flexibility according needs &/or requirements.+ Applicant tracking system allows employees ease accessability upon submission + saves data securely+ Customizable features allow organizations freedom
