I use them on the machine and they are the only coolant resistant material. I had to change the holder connection to be compatible with a different wiper holder.

It took 20 seconds to install. The plastic is identical to my original OEM rear wiper arm. Same plastic, same markings. The same ending. Looks like both were made in the same factory. Enjoy the durability of the silicone blade compared to the OEM blade.

This wiper does not have all the additional parts required to install a 4Runner rear wiper. Simply put, it is not a direct replacement and will not work. No stops or additional parts are required to properly retract and STOP the wipers properly after use. money thrown away.

Listed as a direct replacement for the rear wiper on my 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I can tell you it is not. It does not have a plastic guide on the blade frame to allow the boom to remain in the parked position. I removed the insert from this blade and installed it in an OE Toyota frame to make it work. Cleans well but is not a direct replacement as advertised

I think you get what you pay for with wiper blades. Rubbers don't stretch and get dirty. This silicone brush is designed for SUV rear windows. There is a lot of dirt and road debris here. Therefore, after a few weeks of winter in the Midwest, a rubber sheet could easily begin to crack. This silicone blade has worked very well and shows no signs of wear.

For a long time I thought I could only get a replacement rear wiper blade from the dealer. I am happy to report that they fit perfectly and look just like the original wiper blades on the car. The only reason I didn't give that 5 stars is because I'm waiting to see if they live up to their 'last years' claim. I only put them on 2 days ago and so far they are working great (but so do most new wipers). If they last for years I might remember to come back and upgrade the rating to a full 5 stars.

Update: In two months the left wiper blade has become so deformed that it is permanently soiling part of the window. I tried clearing the debris and checking the setting (actually there aren't many) but that didn't help. Genuine: They are cheaper than Toyota brand blades, work great and are easy to install. I love these wiper blades My old SilBlade wipers lasted 5 years until the pin holding the J-hook clips rusted. SilBlade made them so well that the metal frames break in front of the blade. The blades that fell apart on my Scion were SilBlade WB116S and WB124S. Through rain, snow, mud, guts, and the juice of dead insects, they did a great job cleaning the windshield.
