easy to clean, easy to use

This is the second set I've bought because it's so great. I bought this set for my mom and her kitchen. What I love about these spatulas is that they are one piece, meaning there are no gaps, holes, or places for pieces of food to get stuck. Plus, their silicone construction means they won't naturally stick and are easy to wash and clean. I really enjoy using it to cook things like scrambled eggs or when I'm baking and need a simple non-stick spatula to scrape off food or batter. As I said…

Well made, durable, solid and long = perfect!

I was so happy to replace my old spatula. Not only were they worn and frayed around the edges, I didn't like the heads that came off and I could never be sure everything was clean inside. I like that they are all one piece with steel grips to keep them strong. They are also long enough to reach the bottom of my large bowls and pots. Really nice! Now I'm wondering why I didn't buy them sooner! Please let me know if you found this review helpful. Like you, I rely on reviews when making purchases…

Perfect size and shelf life - one year +

I cook family breakfasts at the weekend and I love these spatulas. They are the perfect size and are great for flipping an omelette. I like different colors because I often make two or more different things, and colors allow me to separate sauces or objects. UPDATE: Almost a year and a half later, I still feel the same or even better about these kitchen utensils. In fact, they are perfect for cooking. They have held up very, very well and have been absolutely perfect. We often cook Indian…

Items are intended for very light mixing only. The piece of metal in the silicone only goes 1/2 through the spatula portion, not all the way through the slot provided for it, and I don't mean all the way to the flexible end. As you mix, fold, and squeeze, this metal rod puts pressure on the silicone and because it's not positioned correctly, it rips a hole in the silicone, making the spatula pretty much useless as breaking it will only make it worse is. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and 2…

No guarantee of quality and shaft too short

Finally time for a good set of silicone spatulas. I cook above average and I believe I have the right quality tool for the job. I bought this set and another from Silchef. Quality day and night in favor of the more expensive Silchef set. As you can see from the photo, these spatulas have no quality guarantee. While other colors seemed fine, this blue putty knife didn't have its silicone edges sanded down after the molding process. I can fix it myself, but you don't want extra material chipping…

The food has nowhere to hide... and that's a real plus.

We all have our preferences, but after a few weeks I never buy another style again. I have several other silicone brands (Good Cook Classic and Chefgadget) that get high marks and are very good, but they are two-piece spatulas that are not easy to clean. Other brands' heads are detachable but that also means something can get caught in the notch in the head where the handle slips and is very difficult to clean and if you don't do it well there is a mold problem. They solve that problem and feel

As others have pointed out, starch is an issue

I love these one-piece spatulas for frying eggs, cleaning out bowls, and the like. They remain flexible and are very easy to care for. They are not too flexible, which can prevent scraping cold food like a pure silicone spatula. However, as mentioned, the overall quality seems to vary. Of my 4 packs (various colors) 2 seem to lack internal support in the blade. When flexing, it's easy to see that 2 have good support near the ends of the blade, while the other 2 flex much closer to the shank of…
