Parts are now sagging and getting stuck in the ear. It falls off the device. However, this didn't help against the earpiece's discomfort. Only 1 pair came in a very small bag with 1 dust plug. Not really worth the money for a product that costs $1.10 at the 99 cent store.

I wanted them to work but after initial installation and testing they fail, slipping off the headphones and staying in my ears. I immediately see problems in future use as I use it all the time. will stretch even more and end up being a completely useless piece of rubber advice, save your money, use big givin wingtips with your buds, this creates a slightly better seal.

My husband likes it. Not me. Mine won't stay, but his will will. We have the same buds, down to the colour. The good thing about the material is that it's opaque, just the color you'd expect from a display, and soft silicone. So if you make a lot of phone calls and work in an office, driving is great! If you are very active or plan to use them lying down, they may not be the best choice for you.

I wish they were a little louder but still great value for money. I love how the Buds Live fit perfectly into my ear canal with no discomfort. Phone calls are clear, the microphone picks up perfectly. Also included is a Samsung wireless charger that works great with no issues. I'm not usually a fan of headphones due to the sensitivity of my ears (that's why I didn't get Airpods Pro), but they changed the game for me.

First I would like to point out that these are almost impossible to get from Samsung and they fit a lot better. They must be sold with headphones. They arrived true to color (blue) and well packaged. The quality is a bit thin but the fit is just right. They didn't slip or get stuck in my ear (when removed from my ear). I think if you wear your headphones properly you shouldn't have this problem.
