I used these on new harder rubber door brushes that I installed at my local elementary school. I removed the old moldings, quickly cleaned the doors, and then (easily) trimmed them. They held up very well on cold doors and the screws on the new door brushes penetrated them and held into the pilot holes in the door with ease.
