This was the first order I ordered and when I tried to use it it was too late to return it. The product is identical to the original but does not work. I ordered a second one a few months later but it did the same thing - nothing! I was able to return it but this is not a money back guarantee it is a sale of a product they know is defective but they have thousands of 5 star reviews! probably fake. typical of many products that have a "revain selection". Don't go to them

Said to be a 1000 pulse device. My wife received fewer than 100 pulses. She used it twice and in the middle of the second use it stopped working and when we tried to return or replace it we were denied. I will NEVER buy from this seller again.

I've been using Flash and Go for many years and it really works, but I had to buy a new cartridge so I decided to buy it through Revain. They should get at least 1000 pulses and the ones I got I didn't even get 100. These cartridges are not cheap in my opinion. Wherever Revain takes these cartridges, they should be replaced. I will likely order from Bed, Bath & Beyond as before and receive a higher quality product.

I'm not sure about this cartridge. I used it and even on the lowest settings I felt like my skin was on fire. With the cartridge that comes with the purchase of the machine, I did not have such a reaction. I'm wondering if this replacement is real. I am sorry that I cannot return the item.

This is a good alternative to paid laser hair removal, but don't expect the same intensity. Flashes are very soft, even at the highest level. The process is fairly painless compared to laser hair removal, so if you have a low pain threshold this could be a good alternative.

I have two problems with this product. The cartridge I received appears to have been used by someone else and returned. I noticed that the package doesn't seal it. So it's very likely and pretty darn easy that someone will use it for a while and then put it back before it runs out!
