Definitely worth it

Good product. Definitely not liable. And the clip is really handy. But it is difficult to clean, usually requiring 3-4 hand washes with soap and water.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Reliability

Product does not match description

The description clearly states that the size is POLLIST and this is not what was shown. Half of the sheet is a full size silpat. It was HALF SIZE, so a quarter of the arch. upset.

Pros
  • I keep my fists
Cons
  • Volume

The best for baking

I bought my first Silpat decades ago and only now have I replaced one with a small crack. The quality is the same and I included other sizes of Silpats with my order. These missions are irreplaceable.

Pros
  • All the best!
Cons
  • unreliable

Works great in the kitchen and dining room

This is perfect for my pan. Whether I'm baking cookies or pretzels, nothing sticks and I just have to wipe it clean. When my silpats get old I use them in meat chicken. The good thing is that they don't need to be cleaned either.

Pros
  • I'm crossing my fingers
Cons
  • too stupid

Love it. But he doesn't like cleaning

Wonderful Baking Mat. Withstands high temperatures and is versatile. The best carpet I have. Feels strong and durable. Cons: Difficult to clean with a sponge. You think it's clean, but the next day you go after it and it's still slippery from yesterday's oil. So you have to hit hard and flush, then check and clean again.

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Speed

Just what I needed for baking Tools and supplies

After ordering I was worried I would get the wrong size - the description said half a sheet but also said a quarter sheet. I thought I carefully selected the Pollista in the options. I was pleased to find that it was indeed half sheet size and a small tab to keep it folded was an added bonus.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Frequency

The only purchase you'll ever need for baking.

I use these Nordicware pans. A photo of the frying pan after cooking the fries and a clean frying pan. Just grab them and stop frustrating about cleaning. I've cooked everything from grilled veggies to crispy chicken, it always turns out great! FYI Silpats that fit in the pans are the size of half a sheet pan and a pie roll, Nordicware uses the standard quarter sheet pan designation. Why buy parchment paper? It's amazing!

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great baking results!

Silpats are great! I have one that I use primarily for baking parmesan chips, which is made from freshly grated (not canned) parmesan with a little cayenne on top. They bake in 5 minutes and crisp up as they cool. It takes very little time to make! I also have a set of 2 evenly spaced circles for making French Macarons, a type of sandwich cookie (not to be confused with coconut macaroons). The circles make it easier to press out the dough. T

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
