🍳 Organize Your Kitchen with the Wall Door Mounted Pot Lid Rack in Chrome Finish Review

This is a good storage rack but it will NOT work with lids without handles. If the lid has a bar or loop handle, it won't stay on.

It's supposed to hold 5 lids but I use it for 6 and as I have a couple of deep lids and a couple of flat lids I can store some. shallow to deep and place up to 8 - 10 covers on this gem. Installation was easy, a few screws (multiple sizes included) and it hangs firmly on my closet door.

I like its strength and stainless steel look, but I'm not happy with the length of the screws that come with it. The images advertised seem to work well with the cabinet doors (which is what we wanted), however the two lengths of screw that are supplied are too big for the cabinet doors. You work with the thickness of the doors. So we attached ours to the inside of the pantry door.

I've seen good reviews on this so I assumed it was stronger than some of the more fragile ones I've seen in the shop but it's pretty much the same. The screws they give you are for drywall installation, so I needed much smaller screws to attach them to my closet door. Also, there is a screw hole at the bottom which is in the middle, which might be good for wall mounting, but for my cabinet it needs it on the side, not the middle, because the middle of the cabinets are thinner wood than those…

We definitely recommend looking at the type of handle on your pots and pans before ordering so you know what type of holder you need. I didn't lol. I have stick pens and a round pen holder, works great but would like to pay more attention. On the product itself, it is durable and very easy to install. Really terrible product design and quality. Holds really large lids well (1 out of my set of 5 lids) but medium and smaller lids (4 out of my set of 5 lids) fall through or fold through the front support bar and are completely unstable and the stand is functionally useless. The stand itself is ok, rather thin but should hold the lids. The design really isn't great for handle lids, but should work for handles (mine all have handles and don't really go into the curves of the rack, so tend to floppy).
