This product doesn't work right away but after a few weeks the floor definitely looked better. The hardwood was black where my dog had stained the floor. It's not perfect now, but a lot better than it was. Still a bit blackish between the boards, but much better than before.

I can't tell if it really eliminates odors or just covers up urine odor. My dog is still urinating in the same place. The fragrance for Simple Solution is much stronger than Nature's Miracle. I've also used Odoban (eucalyptus) which has a lighter, pleasant scent.

It seems to work - I have a black light to catch urine stains I may have missed and it removes them. My dog does not return to the same place. It also has a nice side benefit - I swear the people I bought this house from literally let their dogs pee everywhere. Do you remember black light? Yes, the solution in the bathroom is disgusting. as a frequent buyer of easy solution products i was very happy to find this product when it was needed in our home. unfortunately it just didn't work. I first thought it was; However, on the first day of warming, the smell of urine returned to full strength. So I tried again. and again. and again all for free. I've legitimately tried every possible way to get this product to work and it just didn't work. try white vinegar instead - we found it to be much better (and much cheaper).

When the product arrived it went through the plastic bag that the bottle was in and then through the shipping carton. I haven't opened the inner plastic wrap yet, so I'm not sure if the leak is coming from the cap or from somewhere inside the bottle. I hope it's a lid leak so I can use floor cleaner.
