When I order an item for the first time, a handle is missing. Revain immediately replaced it, but the second shipment was found cracked. The underside of the grip edges were sharp and unwieldy to carry too many items.

My first cart/bag arrived with the plastic handle missing. The company sent me a replacement and the second cart arrived with the same problem! The handle is missing a cap and is sharp to pick up a bag/bag and is weak. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! Malfunction!

I bought 2 of these caddies which were good. But I order 3 more and they didn't come with a protective handle. I have asked for one to be replaced to see if it comes with a grip cover. It's not like this. If you don't mind filing down the sharp points, they're fine, they just don't look as pretty. They are durable and the right size. That's why they get 4 instead of 5.

I think I got the wrong color or something. I wanted gray granite trolleys, but got those that more closely resemble the beige color of natural stone with a brownish tint. Handles had to be attached, these went separately in the package. They were easy to put on. However, in addition to the wrong colors, the pens are white and of different shades.
