When I tried this product, it failed to remove my makeup completely leaving some residue even after multiple attempts. The packaging is also not user-friendly making it difficult to use the product properly.

I've tried everything on the market to remove eye make-up and it has suffered a lot because this area is very sensitive seems. Although the price initially put me off, I CANNOT say enough good things about this product. Easy to dose, smells good, washes everything off and absolutely no reaction on the skin. I am bound for life.

I use it in the morning when I'm in a hurry (without washing my face). Cleans perfectly, does not dry out, gently removes make-up if necessary. Standard product in my skin care.
