Highly recommended for a snack. Bought these for our son for 3k and the portion is big enough to grow with him. My only complaint is that the separator doesn't prevent leaks. I usually ship fruit one way and crackers, pretzels, etc. the other way. I have to make sure the fruit is completely dry before putting it in my backpack or the other side will get wet. I still love her, just take that too!

I love these containers because they are the perfect size to easily hold healthier snacks for my son's lunch. A partition in the middle means more variety. I use them on grape tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, cheese cubes, baby carrots and whatever we have on hand in the fridge. Very convenient! I got the product for my honest review.

I like these containers because they are just the right size. The two compartments are neatly separated so I can put wet and damp items on one side and dry them on the other without worrying about dry items getting wet. However, the lid is not always tight if the rubber ring is not inserted perfectly. They are also compact containers, neither too big nor too small. I usually pack two of these in a lunch box, sometimes a smaller one.

They helped a lot with portion control. Each side is 0.6 oz, so the entire container is just over a cup. I cook them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge so when I get hungry I can just grab and go. I load one side with protein like cubes of meat or cheese and the other side with grapes or pretzels. I tried these containers and from the first use I was hooked and ended up buying 3 more sets. These containers have given me excellent portion control when preparing meals. I can eat 1/3 cup of carbs (like brown rice), 3 ounces of protein in addition to the carbs, and 1 cup of veggies. It's a tight fit, but it works great.
