Infor HCM Cloud offers great functionality through flexible modules

I like the fact that we can use the same software for our different business units. We have been able to integrate with other systems such as Salesforce. The system is very user friendly. There are some features that could be improved. For example, it would be nice if you could see what type of data is being sent from one application to another so that you know what will be imported and what won't. This has helped us to eliminate unnecessary data transfers. It also helps when there is an issue

Great Customer Service and Reporting Capabilities

I like that they are always looking to improve their services by offering new features or enhancements as needed for our organization's needs; also we have access 24/7 via phone if there is any issue with an account which makes it very easy in resolving issues quickly without having someone at work during normal business hours! They can be costly but you do get what your paying for - excellent customer service support team who will go above & beyond when working within clients' accounts (we're…
