The texture of this piqué fabric makes these pants very comfortable and unlike other viscose blends they stay in place while you sleep. They are true to size and not too heavy so can be worn all year round. My husband usually buys cheaper lounge pants but there is actually a difference in how they are washed and worn. Great fit sweatpants and I ordered my regular ones. Great mix of cotton and polyester for a comfortable fit. Only comes in 2 colors and is sold at a decent price in the $27 price range.

My husband is 6ft tall, weighs 155 pounds, slim, waist 32 inches, inseam 34 inches. Size medium (his normal size), these homemade pants fit very well and are a little short. So I'd say they're a little smaller than his regular mid-size lounge pants - we've had that before with this brand. At least they seem to be consistent.
