For fashion reasons I put on some terrible sandals. Not these guys. They are so soft and if you choose the right size for yourself the straps won't bother you. I just feel like jumping through life in them. I love them and wear them all summer when I can.

. I just traveled around Italy with it for a week. Incredible comfort. No break required. Don't worry about the strap - some reviews about the strap being heavy out of the box made me walk past them. The strap flexes with the foot and does not flex. I wear size 9 and ordered 9 and they were perfect. They are modern and stylish, matched many of my outfits without looking like a sloppy boring walking shoe and I've gotten lots of compliments!

These sandals look great in the photo and look just as good in person. Unfortunately, they were difficult to attach. And as soon as they were put on, the right shoe became noticeably smaller than the left. And the finger loop is too tight. I thought they were going to cut off my toes. The crossed straps look good and keep the foot in the shoe great. So, if you have rather small toes, then these shoes might work for you (again, they're AWESOME!). But that's not my situation so I had to return…
