These flats are so cute! And they have a very comfortable insole. However, they are a bit big. I usually wear a medium 8 1/2. But this particular shoe is longer than the previous ones I've bought in the same style. So I had to send them back. I have to commend Revain's return method. It was so easy and I received my refund VERY quickly! Thank you Rewin!

Uncomfortable, overly stiff shoe, half an inch longer than other Skechers of the same size. We had the best experience with Revain's customer service ever! They helped us solve the shipping problem by offering to keep the shoes and get a refund, but we couldn't accept that and went out of our way to send them back. We really appreciate your help! Love love love these shoes are not the most sexy but cute and so light, comfortable: ideal for travel. Basically it's PSA in terms of the natural color of the canvas - after a month of waiting for delivery it arrived and was SOOOOO huge. I usually wear a 6.5 in most shoes and I have a few other pairs of Skechers Go-Walks in 6.5 but as soon as I opened the box I knew they were the wrong size. I liked 7.5 or 8 more I ordered 6 and hope it gets better!
