Shoes are OK: Shoes

I've been wearing them for a little over a month, they aren't as slip resistant as some of the other shoes I've had. I work in a factory, sometimes oil spills and cleaning up the mess, I slip a little, they were comfortable at first but not very comfortable now. I work 13 hour shifts 3-4 days a week so I need something more comfortable, the width is great although the treads only wear out after a month and a half.

Total disappointment

The fit was fine but when I started walking in it it hurt a lot. There was a crease where the boot bent up when walking and cut into the top of my foot just below my toes. I couldn't walk in it for more than 5 minutes before the pain became unbearable. I wanted to use them for paramedic school, hospitals and ambulances. Disappointed that they didn't work.

Hospital shoes suitable for women

I bought these shoes for my infirmary. I love that it's Sketcher because it's ALL I wear. Description says memory foam insoles. I can not say. They aren't as flexible as all the sketchers I have. I like that they are leather because I can wipe them clean. I like that they are non-slip. I walk a lot in the wet and they hold the ground really well. They just aren't easy on the feet. Fits great on the back and knees so I wear a sketcher. I just wish the insole was more comfortable.

Amazing shoes for problem feet

I have a high arch, very wide foot and wear a rather large size for a woman (size 10) - I also have painful bunions on my tailors feet and chronic heel pain, That's why I find well-fitting shoes difficult. Finding shoes that allow me to work on my feet all day is even harder. Skechers always seem to suit me best so I took a chance when they came online. They fit me perfectly and are very comfortable. I combine them with Dr. Scholl's Pro for bone spurs and it's like walking on pillows. I highly…

I usually wear 7XW or 7.5XW but they were out of stock so I went for 8XW. The pair I received was the 8W "Relaxed Fit" and while they are certainly long enough, they are too tight - and painfully dig into the top and outer edge of my foot. I bought them for walking and treadmill so I knew they wouldn't fit me. Luckily it was a Revain Prime item and I was able to return it with no problems. In fact, Bethany was so nice and helpful when we chatted that I ordered new hiking boots with elastic…

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not bad

I bought these because they are very similar to the ones I already had but this one had memory foam. Who would have thought that this only improves the shoes, but it is not. The shoes themselves are exactly what I wanted and the only reason I put a two instead of a one is because I had to take out the insole, it's actually more comfortable without it. I'm going to buy gel pads to put in there or something. Memory foam is basically just a rectangle at the heel of the shoe. The rest of the insole

worst skechers i have ever had

i have worn skechers most of my life with no problems. I wanted solid color work shoes so naturally Skechers was my first choice. I have wide feet, I never had an arch, even as a kid. It's not about the weight, it's about one of them. I received these shoes and they were not comfortable at all, it felt like I was walking straight on cement. The last thing I wanted was to be on my feet all day, squatting, bending over, running back and forth on the hard floor. Within a month of wearing these…

My fifth pair had bonded insoles which made using orthotics difficult.

I have bought this shoe 5 times in the last 2 years so I have a lot of experience with this style. The problem I have with this is that the last pair I bought have insoles that are glued into the shoes. This didn't happen with the other four pairs I bought. For those of us who need to wear either custom orthotics or higher quality orthotics than regular shoe insoles (some of us don't like memory foams), the only way to adjust my orthotics was to pry out the memory foam sockliner, which is from…
