My computer broke after 1 month and 1 week

I bought this computer to study and play and only played Fortnite, nothing that requires more features. It performed impressively well on my Ultra HD 3840x2160 monitor and games were much more responsive compared to my PS4. This computer took 1 month and 1 week to fully shut down and will not turn back on. I was hoping this computer would last about 5 years but it broke so fast I can't believe it. I called support and they told me it was RAM and they sent me a new one. I installed it andโ€ฆ

Edit: Fixed - Fan not powerful enough/CPU overheating/Not enough power PSU

I needed a machine that was more powerful than my laptop without having to spend a lot of money. So I had to choose Desktop for this option. It completely exceeds my expectations when it comes to editing, working, multitasking, etc. I would give this PC 5 stars if that were the case. However, here are all my negatives. This computer came with a faulty keyboard and I have emailed SkyTech 3 but received no solution and only one reply (it will be almost 3 weeks since I received this computer)โ€ฆ

Fiction so far, absolute monster

*MY FIRST BUILD PC!* Alright. To be honest I was a bit skeptical about my product after reading reviews from hundreds of others who had bad experiences with Skytech. This skepticism was compounded when I read the reviews AFTER I bought the product (I bought the product because my PC builder buddy said it was a great deal). This is the computer you've always wanted!

TLDR: The computer runs like a champ, looks good and is affordable given similar options. I don't recommend it for gaming. Note: Skytech computers come with a mouse and keyboard. They are marked with the Skytech logo and do not have digital interface options. However, they are rgb and very good quality.
