I have a 100 year old grand piano that I used to put on carpet. I bought these because I wanted small protectors; However, they were too small for my piano wheels. Since the tread shown is a concave circular surface, a spherical wheel up to 1-1/4 inch in diameter will do, but not a wheel shaped like a flat-surfaced automobile tire (I call width).
