As a result of using this knife I found that it cut through any food with ease. The ergonomic design of the handle allowed me to cut for longer periods of time without feeling discomfort in my hand .The sharpness of the blade is long-lasting, and I can tell it will stay that way for a long time. Unfortunately my set was intended as a gift and the gift box was damaged so I had to return the item but the knives were fine. Nothing fancy just black plastic handles and decent blades which were pretty bland but at this price expect to spend a little time getting them better and then they'll be fine for basic kitchen work.
