Really comfortable, perfect fit (I have a big head too) and although they are hard to find, they lived up to expectations with my first 'proper' beanie. I love this hat. Even after repeated use and washing, it never loses its elasticity. This is literally the BEST hat I've ever owned! The bottom of the hat has a separate elastic band that is more durable than the rest of the hat, which is what makes this hat so good! All right. They're pretty tight around the hairline and I expect slouchy hats to be comfortable. My hair is straight so I think someone with thick curly hair or dreadlocks would be uncomfortable. I definitely want the hat's stitching to show on my forehead after only wearing it for 15 minutes, so I want it to be a looser fit around my head. In my experience it's a bit cramped. Good quality. However, if you have a big head, be careful as it is a bit tight around your head. The quality is worth it, I would buy it and see for myself. Exactly when you get exactly what you pay for, no more, no less. This is exactly what you would expect from a hat under $9. It's cheaply built. Doesn't fit well and is quite small even on a petite woman's head (I tried it on my wife). It also looks ugly. It's like limp, you know what's on your head. You can laugh about that.
