Bought as a heart barrier between my Cuisinart TOB-260N Chef's Convection Toaster and my wooden workbench. Perfect size and serves its purpose. The only downside is the color, but I'll learn to live with that.

This material was purchased to make liners for 2 Moka espresso pots. One pot had an old rubber gasket that fell apart when I took it off. I made a replacement seal for the 2nd pot because the manufacturer Minos did not respond to my requests for a replacement seal. With a new disposable scalpel and a pair of sharp scissors, the blade is very easy to cut. So now I have a new gasket and replacement for my one pot and a replacement for my other pot with 80% gasket material.

The material is suitable for liquid gaskets but I don't think it's food grade. Others have used this silicone sheet for food contact products, but nothing on the product description or packaging indicates that the sheet is food grade or FDA approved. In fact, the packaging warns of "cancer and damage to the reproductive system." See the picture attached to this review. The material is flexible and easily trimmed with scissors or a blade, just know that you are using it at your own food risk.
