Second-rate goods, I won't buy any more.

The usefulness of the 2nd generation Nest Hub without the sleep control function in 2022 is extremely doubtful, since for the same money you can freely buy a smartwatch in 2022 developed by the same Google team, which, in addition to being able to perform all the same Google Assistant voice commands, wherever you are, but they will also control your sleep and even physical activity, which this frame, in principle, cannot do.

  • Nest Hub 2nd generation is: - Small photo frame with an alarm clock made of quality materials - High-quality (for its size) column for listening to YouTube Music - Allows you to view the video stream from Nest Cam cameras - Controls Google Chromecast devices - Answers simple questions using the data from your Google account - Runs Google Assistant rules (useful if your smart home is built on Google devices or Google Assistant compatible devices)
Cons
  • Google blocks the use of the Soli near-field radar in 2022 and, accordingly, all the functions that depend on it do not work in the Nest Hub: - Gesture control - Sleep monitoring
