SmartBen was awesome to work w/, and makes dealing daily much more efficient

I love how easy it is for our staff members who are in different states, but working within an office together every day! They also have great customer support when needed which has saved me time as well (as opposed from having another third party vendor). No issues so far - super happy with their service thusfar :) We're using them now because of all they offer including full dental benefits through United Healthcare/Humana instead of just BCBC / FISD only options we had before smart ben got…

Pros
  • The ease to fill prescriptions quickly online was really nice during some stressful times where i couldn’t get into doctors offices fast enough due to work schedule conflicts..so that helped tremendously!!! And getting notifications emailed you directly by your pharmacy provider if something comes available too; even more convenient ! Loved both those features most especially after running late trying find one near home once again
