I lost 1 attempt out of 3 but the one I lost was most likely connected to another capture device I had which is slower and not as reliable but has my Asus Bluray drive successfully recorded 2 discs although slow but no problem these discs seem worth it at half the price of my favorite brand literal 25gb which generally plays faster and better but twice the price.

Passed 70+ drives and the yield is pretty good compared to others. Of the Smartbuy BD-R discs I've burned so far, I've found that less than 2% are defective (bad media). This is better than most other inexpensive media. PlexDisk isn't bad either. I found the Optical Quantum brand to be the worst, over 10% of them were bad and I will never buy this brand again.

I plan to use this to backup my files as well as my public domain collection. I gave all 5 stars as everyone loves your product. I haven't done it yet, but I'm sure I will. I would like to make a recommendation as this is the second time I have had to re-order your product (it was still damaged but I will just keep it this time). When you ship your product, especially blank discs, pack them with some kind of spacer to prevent the spindle and spool from breaking on the body.

I have a radial CD/DVD printer that is inkjet. It spins the disk and prints on it. The picture shows what happens to these DVDs. The disc on the left is one of those DVDs. The disc on the right is Verbatim. Same image, two different disks, two different results. I tried a few before realizing it was the media and not the printer. Also, a lot of ink was wasted. They may be suitable for non-radial printers. But I noticed that the ink wasn't quite dry. Capture is fine unless you use Windows7 Image

I have different speeds with this media. BDR 1-6 x White Label. I have about 8x, 6x and now 4x max. I often encountered power calibration issues. El Cheapo Viva Star constantly burns 4 times more than 1-4 times. The best medium is Plex. 6x constant. Supposedly I can burn SmartBuy 10 times, but that never worked. But it worked with other media. I like the writing surface, it's dark blue and very reflective. They work well in my pioneer burner. The printable surface is only mediocre. Colors are soft, not bright like some of the more expensive brands. Hence the 4 stars. I personally prefer the Value Disc brand (CMC Magnetics) as the printing surface is better. I have used Ritek recordable media for many years and they have always been reliable to me. This is a good alternative to my favorite brand when Revain is out of stock. Reviews of

These discs work well but unfortunately although the capacity is 25GB you can't really achieve that. I've tried (and wasted) a few entries around 23-25GB in size, and they all failed. I thought I had one or more bad disks. then I noticed that the actual capacity of the new and empty disk in explorer is 23.3GB. So I reduced my data to 21GB and everything worked fine. After a few more entries I came to the conclusion that everything 22.5G and above DOES NOT WORK, everything below works fine. It's
