Best Customer Insights Tool - smartcrowd

The software has helped us to understand our customers needs better by providing them with insights about their market research data. It's easy to use and it provides you with all required information in one place for quick analysis and decision making. I have not found any major drawbacks yet but i'm sure there will be once we start using this tool more extensively. Fantastic Service Providing Robust Tools For A Successfully Growing Business

It's very easy to create new project teams, give them access rights and assign tasks for all stakeholders involved - from customers until suppliers (and others).Also it allows to handle issues in detail while a problem cannot be solved by one person only but requires several people who know each other well enough to keep things sorted out.There are some functions which should have been developed more or improved faster than they were - at least this could be noticed sometimes easily during our…
