Smart Search is an invaluable tool in sourcing top talent

The ease of use for applicants to submit their resumes via our website or app makes it very convenient! I love being able find candidates quickly when needed most!! This product has made my job easier as well because we are not wasting time searching through endless emails trying figure out who applied what position at which date etc.. It's so much faster than doing this manually myself with excel reports (which takes forever). If you're looking into finding qualified employees fast then…

My experience working in an agency and setting up/managing accounts

The best thing about this product is its ease of use for recruiters who are not technical savvy or new to recruitment software (which I am). It has many features including easy access to candidates as well as allowing you to upload CV's easily which saves time when it comes down to finding suitable CVs within minutes instead of hours like other products do! There were some bugs at first but they have since been fixed so now everything works perfectly fine although sometimes there may be issues…

Great tool that enables effective sourcing and recruiting

It's very easy to use as it does not require you have previous experience with other software used for recruitment or HR functions (Eg., PeopleSoft) like most of our competitors do; plus its great support team! The only downside I can think about right now would be having more features available compared those offered at some competitor products such us RecruiterPro which has better integrations between different modules including Talent Management Module etc.; however we are solving this…
