Great product but a little long.

Works perfectly. It was sticking out of the door quite a bit though, so we made some tweaks. Took it to the store, cut it off just over 1 inch so it wouldn't stick out, then filed it and then colored it in with a sharpie. It came out perfect.

easy installation on door fittings and locks

Uninstalled bathtub in sister's basement. Wall when opening and closing. The bottom slide rail prevents this and works great. It was also very easy to install as the floor is concrete and wall mounting was much easier.

easy to install best in door hardware and locks

Built-in bathroom for niece in sister's basement. Due to restrictions a barn style sliding door must be used. The bottom of the door was constantly "swaying" off the wall when opening and closing. The lower sliding guide prevents this and works great. It was also very easy to install as the floor is concrete and wall mounting was much easier.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

Huge and Ugly Best Sliding Door Hardware

A reviewer shows a picture of this item in hand and comments that it is huge. I thought the photo was Photoshop. It is not. It is about 5-6 inches long and 2-3 inches high as per the specs. Worst of all, the rollers seem to wear out and the top screw heads can end up pulling on your beautiful, expensive door. I bought a $3.99 plastic floor track for a two track closet door, modified it and installed it on the floor. Works perfectly. Returned.

  • Grand Prize

  • Big and Bulky

Clumsy and Rough Operation

The Rollers are nothing more than a metal bushing on a stud. This product does not use bearings. This means they don't roll smoothly. If it's too tight, the door slides on casters (which don't roll); if too loose, they roll and rattle; If the bolts are tight enough, they will feel rough when the door is opened. The inner roller doesn't sit close enough to the wall for my door, so it throws the bottom of the door further away than I'd prefer. I could easily change this by applying some lube to…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
