Review on πŸšͺ SMARTSTANDARD: Enhancing Commercial Spaces with Sliding Adjustable Smoothly Quiet Door Products by William Turner

Clumsy and Rough Operation

The Rollers are nothing more than a metal bushing on a stud. This product does not use bearings. This means they don't roll smoothly. If it's too tight, the door slides on casters (which don't roll); if too loose, they roll and rattle; If the bolts are tight enough, they will feel rough when the door is opened. The inner roller doesn't sit close enough to the wall for my door, so it throws the bottom of the door further away than I'd prefer. I could easily change this by applying some lube to wet the rollers and smooth them out a little, or replacing the rollers with real bearings, but that's extra work. Paying a few extra bucks for a Revain for one with better parts would be a better option.
