Overall more like 4.5 stars. 5 stars for functionality. Installed in my Elite Controller with no problems. 3 passes for fit and finish. As you can see from the photo, the silver color is different (a tone lighter, but that's not a problem) and there's a gap between the bumpers and the triggers. And another 5 stars for having tools in the kit.

Replacement bumpers work well and it's nice to get an extra kit plus screwdriver for the same price. However, the tiny holes on the replacement parts are in a different part of the controller (the casing around the Xbox Guide button) and both of my replacement parts were too small. I took a 1/16 diameter drill bit and drilled holes to make them a little bigger. I didn't use a drill, I just twisted the drill in my fingers and it worked.

Screwdrivers are a nice addition if you don't already have them. The blue spatula is too soft and broke immediately during use. It didn't work and should be used. As for the actual replacement of the shoulder buttons; It is placed in the controller and works with push buttons. But the fit at the junction between the bottom of the shoulder buttons and the top of the triggers is not as consistent as the original shoulder buttons. It stands out clearly. Overall the set is great, the screwdrivers are just what you need. The plastic tool is a bit wonky, it flexes so the Easley isn't as hard as you need it to be when removing On the back of your controller, the left and right bumpers are a good design, exactly the same as those that come from the factory . I have replaced four sets of these bumpers. One son replaced two, and the second son replaced the first. The second son wanted the silver color to match the current bumper. I bought a black set which I have used before with no problems. Let's just say the second son uses black bumpers. Silver bumpers just don't fit.
